Really good Service and Central Location

All staff members were very courteous and professional . I particularly appreciated the concierge's recommendations, Ahmet was extraordinary. The hotel's location made it possible for me to walk everywhere I wanted.

The room was rather audible. I could hear doors closing and sounds from neighboring rooms.

great location super clean room

The hotel location was near the central station and a tram stop. I found the staff very accommodating with parking since I rented a car for a night. The room was super clean, and the bed and pillows (oh, so comfy!) were wonderful. i would return if ever in this city again.

decent location, but some real issues.

unreplaced towels broken lamp

the location was certainly convenient to the station.

The room cleaning was subpar. they didn't replace the wet towels, a real frustration after a shower! also, a lamp wasn't working, even after reporting it. No one fixed it. i expected better for what i paid.

The hotel stands in a central spot near the train station. Inside, it maintains a quiet atmosphere. I found the staff to be wonderful and the service fantastic. They ensured parking was easy. The afternoon social with drinks was a nice touch.

The hotel provided bicycles for free, a nice amenity for exploring.

The room wasn't cleaned until late each day, inconvenient. My wife's hair towel disappeared and was never replaced. I questioned if the signs in the bathroom regarding towel changes were just green washing.
