All staff members were very courteous and professional . I particularly appreciated the concierge's recommendations, Ahmet was extraordinary. The hotel's location made it possible for me to walk everywhere I wanted.

The room was rather audible. I could hear doors closing and sounds from neighboring rooms.

I had an issue where the concierge booked a tour at the WRONG location. It became a complete waste of time and money. The services manager said she would look into it but never did anything.

The hotel location was near the central station and a tram stop. I found the staff very accommodating with parking since I rented a car for a night. The room was super clean, and the bed and pillows (oh, so comfy!) were wonderful. i would return if ever in this city again.

The room cleaning was subpar. they didn't replace the wet towels, a real frustration after a shower! also, a lamp wasn't working, even after reporting it. No one fixed it. i expected better for what i paid.
